3/4/2026 Update: We are watching conditions to see if by any chance we can have the race take place on the A

This fun costumed event is a highlight of our season! The Red Hot Relay is DNSC’s annual youth programs fundraiser, where teams of three take on a lively relay race and just about anything goes. We encourage everyone to jump in, whether you’re a seasoned skier or brand new to racing.

Teams complete two ~2km laps around the Nordic Center in a fast-paced, crowd-cheering format. Glory (and some good-natured heckling) goes to the first team across the line, but really, it’s all about supporting our youth programs.

Race proceeds help make our youth programs possible - contributing to coaching staff, van expenses, and other youth program expenses.

Registration and event details will be updated as the event nears. We remain hopeful that we’ll be able to host this event as planned for Jan 17.
