Durango Nordic is a non-profit organization. Your pass purchases allow us to expertly groom and maintain our Nordic ski trails and scenic snowshoe trails, as well as help keep our rates affordable for everyone. If you cannot redeem your pass and would like your pre-purchase to become a tax-deductible donation, we would greatly appreciate your support. Being a Season Passholder at the Durango Nordic Ski Club means access to 25 km of beautifully groomed ski trails and 8 km of snowshoe trails all winter long. Passholders enjoy the best value, the freedom to ski whenever the trails are open*, and the satisfaction of supporting high-quality grooming and programming in our community.

  • There are no blackout dates for season pass holders.

  • Opening day is TBD, snow- and weather-dependent.

  • *Season Pass Holders may ski after Nordic Center hours at their own risk.

  • NEW FOR THE 2026-27 SEASON:

    • Children under 5 years of age SKI FREE!

    • *Season Passholders can begin skiing at 7am and bathrooms will be available. Day Pass & 5-Punch Pass Holders must wait until the Nordic Center opens at 9am to ski.

    • Season Passholders will be issued a physical pass (pick-up at the Nordic Center once open for the season) which gets you PASS PERKS at participating businesses:

      • PASS PERK #1: One FREE Hot Cross-Country Ski Wax Service at Pine Needle Mountaineering

      • PASS PERK #2: 10% Off Class Drop-Ins and Class Packages at Pause Fitness & Nutrition

      • PASS PERK #3: 10% Bonus on One Consigned Item at Durango Outdoor Exchange (this means as a consignor you receive a 60% return on one item instead of the usual 50%)

      • PASS PERK #4: 20% of all orders of $25+ at Terske bike parts

DAY passes FOR SNOWSHOE OR SKIING

All trail users are required to have a valid trail pass before heading out. Day passes give you access to explore our beautiful groomed trails, whether you’re skiing or snowshoeing, on any given day during Center hours of 9am-4pm.

If you opt for a day pass and decide you’d like to come back more often, we are happy to apply your day pass purchase price to the value of a season pass or 5-punch pass.

5-punch ski pass

5-punch passes make great gifts and provide a great value. Like day passes, a 5-punch pass allows you access to explore our beautiful groomed trails during Center hours of 9am-4pm.

5-punch passes must be purchased in person at the Nordic Center or at Pine Needle Mountaineering.

If you opt for a 5-punch pass and decide you’d like the unlimited access of a season pass instead, we are happy to apply the value of remaining punches from your 5-punch pass to the price of a season pass.
