Recent snow has allowed race event coordinators to put the Chama Chili event back on this season’s calendar!
Sponsored by Salomon, this six-race series brings together skiers from across the region to compete for the title of King and Queen of Nordic Skiing in the Southwest.
Racers must complete at least three of the six events to qualify for the series. Scoring is simple: your finishing place equals your points (1st = 1 point, 2nd = 2 points, etc.). At the end, the lowest total score takes the crown.
Join the series, test your speed, and see how you stack up across the Southwest! The 5 events include:
1. Grand Mesa on Dec 6
2. Pagosa Cabin Fever on Jan 10
3. Chama Chili Ski Classic on Jan 17
4. Flagstaff Pondo Classic on Jan 31
5. Telluride Butch Cassidy on Feb 14
