Pre-Season Adult Fitness Class
Get ready for ski season with our pre-season fitness series led by Gretchen Harteis and Donald Poindexter. This five-week program is designed to build strength, endurance, and technique so you can hit the trails feeling strong and prepared.
Classes run twice a week from the week of November 18 through December 17. You can drop in for $15 per class, or register for the full five-week series—one day per week for $60 or two days per week for $120.
Class Schedule:
Upper Body with Weights: Tuesdays, 5:00–6:00 PM, Smiley Building (2nd Floor Fitness Studio), starting November 18
Lower Body with Weights: Wednesdays, 6:00–7:00 PM, Smiley Building (2nd Floor Fitness Studio), starting November 19
