Exiting Bench Loop
The center got a foot of snow overnight while it rained in town. The skiing at the Nordic Center is soft, but still very good. It's squeaky snow (don't expect to set land speed records), temps are hovering at freezing during the day, and it's so beautiful. Main trails are groomed, but today Lower Bench, North Pole & Star weren't. Try to be 100% again this week.
Lynx - a personal favorite...
While skiing today (@ around noon) it was still snowing and snowed until we hit Needles on the drive home where the rain/snow line somehow always seems to be. This whole week should be good (a couple more storms), and plenty more days are left to get out there! See you soon!
